We had another good turnout in April, where the focus was on encased coins such as "good luck" pieces proclaiming "Keep Me and Never Go Broke!" I suppose that is technically correct but not too comforting considering most of them were cents, although we also got to a few examples of the much less common encased dollars. In May we'll be highlighting another interesting branch of numismatics as we feature hand-carved hobo nickels. Being anything you like for Show and Tell, and we look forward to seeing everybody on May 14th at 7:30PM at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover.
