We got rolling on November 9th at 7:30, and we were excited to see both a new face and some old friends we hadn't seen in a while. Thanks to everybody for coming out! Your Obedient Blogger gave a presentation on foreign coins made by the US Mint - don't be surprised if a few of these are already living in your foreign junk pile (c'mon, admit it, we all have one). By the way, if anybody wants another copy of the list I handed out it's here. Our December meeting will be 100% free of anything that's even remotely educational - it's our second annual pizza party and remember, it starts at 7:00 not 7:30! We will also have our wooden nickel auction so remember to bring your nickels and some numismatic crap... ummm... I mean... goody with a value of $5-10 or so (c'mon, admit it, we've all got LOTS of that too). We look forward to seeing you all there!
